HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders ship out in 1-2 business days and we use first class tracked royal mail, so you can expect your order within 3-5 days. This does not apply to custom items such as the Initial Cross stitch, Custom tickets, hand painted signs or Wedding Invites which are made to order and will take longer. Please see individual products for delivery times. For international orders please allow 10-15 working days for delivery. Timings depend on customs and domestic postal services.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes we do!

IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?
Yes, all orders are processed by PAYPAL. For more details see here.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY? 
We do not accept returns and refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect. If this is the case simply return the item to us within 14 days and after this has been received we will issue a full refund. 

THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK.
We’re sorry if you find that the item you want to purchase is out of stock. If the item is an open edition art print we will most likely restock the item quickly. If it is a limited edition gig poster this means that the run has sold out and unfortunately we won't be producing anymore.

ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY? 
We sure are! We use recycled paper as much as we can and are working on the rest.

WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU PRINT ON?
Our gig poster collection is all screen printed on 320gsm Pop set vellum paper. Our art prints are all printed on beautifully textured Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm and our cards are all printed on iTone SM Cream paper 352gsm loop.

PERSONALISED ORDERS

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE PERSONALISED ORDERS?
Personalised cross stitch and ticket orders can take up to 10 working days so please allow this time if ordering for a gift. Please note that this time allows for 1 cross stitch to be made so if ordering more than one please allow appropriate time for these. Wedding invites and saves the dates can take up to 3 weeks to design and print so please order with plenty of time. For hand painted signs please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. For personalised tickets please allow 10 working days for delivery.

HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?
Our online shop is straight forward and easy to use. For cross stitch orders please enter your chosen letter on the product page. We will not email to confirm your order for these so this is all you need to do! For personalised tickets simply fill in the details on the product page and for Wedding invites simple follow the steps to create your custom invite. We will email you shortly afterwards to confirm the details and then will email again within 10 working days with your design for approval.

WILL I SEE A PROOF?
Customers for custom wedding invites will be sent a proof within 10 working days of order and customers for personalised ticket orders will receive proofs for approval within 3 working days of order.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PERSONALISED ORDER?
After placing your personalised order we will email you to confirm the details. Once you confirm everything is correct, your order is non-refundable. Please note that upon final approval of your personalised order we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.

DO YOU CREATE BESPOKE WEDDING INVITES BASED ON A DESIGN IDEA FROM A CUSTOMER?
I'm afraid not. we only offer our own designs as invites, and are currently working on more.

We do our very best to accommodate special delivery requests from our customers! Please email us and we will do our best to offer next day delivery or put a rush on any custom orders if we can. These may be subject to additional costs.
