WHOLESALE

If you're interested in stocking Telegramme Paper Co. it couldn't be easier to shop our online wholesale store...

STEP 1
Email us at hello@telegramme.co.uk with your details and we will send you an account invitation. Once you receive this you can create an account instantly and then click through to the site to log in.

STEP 2
Shop our online store as normal - all of the R.R.P prices will be replaced with wholesale prices. You can shop in GBP, Euros and Dollars with a live exchange rate that will always be correct at time of shopping.

NOTE: If an item does not have a marked down wholesale price this is because we do not currently offer the product for wholesale.

STEP 3
Once you've filled your basket simply choose "wholesale invoice" at the online checkout and we'll email this to you shortly afterwards.

ORDER MINIMUMS
Please note our order minimums when deciding which items you'd like to stock. Our total order minimum is £150.

Greetings cards -  6 cards per design
Screen Prints - 6 prints per design
A5 Notepads - 10 per design
A6 Notebook sets - 10 per set
A6 Notecard sets - 10 per set
Gift Wrap single sheets - 50 (can be mixed designs)

PAYMENT
First orders are invoiced with a pro forma and further orders can be paid Net 30.

DELIVERY COSTS
Carriage paid is over £200 in the UK, £300 in Europe and over £750 to USA and R.O.W. For any smaller orders the delivery cost is based on size of order, products bought and destination. We will provide a delivery quote along with your invoice if necessary.

SHIPPING
We use a host of reliable, established couriers for all of our shipping. The specific courier will be dependant on the order size and your delivery location.

LEAD TIME
Order are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Larger orders may be subject to additional printing lead times and may therefore be dispatched within 5-10 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you change your mind about your order, or would like to add to it, you can cancel or amend this within 24 hours of us receiving your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS & RETURNS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we are more than happy to refund you for this. If this is the case simply email us at store@telegramme.co.uk with some photos of your package as it arrived. Returns for unwanted items are not accepted.

EXTRA BITS YOU MIGHT LIKE TO KNOW
If you are selling our products in an online store we are happy to provide you with our existing product shots, helping to save you some photography time.
